US Data Center Backbone Network Upgrade Notice(June 29, 2019)

Hello, this is Earth IDC.

To provide a higher quality of service, we will be conducting a server network maintenance in our US data center.

Between June 29th, 10:00 PM, and June 30th, 10:00 AM(KST), there will be a network maintenance, and some services will be upgraded.

During this maintenance, servers may experience a brief interruption, and since gateway and subnet mask updates are required, please provide login information within the OS by June 28th.

Additional Information:

  • Server data will remain intact and will be connected to the new switch.
  • IP addresses will not change.
