Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Refunds are possible within one week if there are any service-related issues.
  2. When requesting a refund, the setup fee plus the prorated amount for the days used (divided by 30) will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  3. The refund processing period typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks.
